Ideally, you shouldn't have to submit your body to intense detox programs. A simple detox diet weekend from time to time is ideal, with a healthy lifestyle in between.

With that in mind, here are some detox lifestyle tips that will help your entire body system clean and healthy between detox cleanses.

Exercise! Exercising on a regular basis helps your body take in more oxygen and pump your blood faster. Good circulation is one of the best ways to keep your body cleansed.

Limit the number of pills you pop each day: If you have a chronic health condition, I'm not suggesting that you stop taking pills. But if you take medications every time you have a teensy headache, you're putting way too many kidney-damaging chemicals into your system.

Consider using natural makeup and beauty products that are free of chemicals that can be harmful to your skin. Or, take a look at these tips to limiting the amount of makeup you put on each day without compromising your looks.
